When you complete the quote request form, we collect the data you provide:

• Nameto identify you to the installer
• Emailto get back to you
• Phoneto call you back about the project
• Municipality / addressto locate the project and estimate its potential
• Project typeto direct you to the right installer

We do not collect any sensitive data. Browsing may generate technical data (audience measurement) described below.

The form data is processed for a single purpose: to connect you with a partner photovoltaic installer so that they can prepare a quote for you. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time.

Your data is passed on to one or more partner photovoltaic installers solely in order to process your quote request. It is neither sold, resold, nor used for advertising purposes by third parties. Technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) may process it on our behalf, under contract and within the limits of the GDPR.

Request data is kept for as long as necessary to process your project, then archived or deleted within a reasonable timeframe (at most 3 years after the last contact), unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

We use Google Analytics to measure the site's audience. Measurement cookies are only set with your consent, managed through the cookie banner and Google's Consent Mode mechanism: until you have given consent, no non-essential measurement data is collected. You can change your choice at any time.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to contact@panneaux-solaires.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
